I have been watching a lot of World War II documentary films lately and I am really shock every time I see those films about those Nazi death camps in Poland. Then I saw this Oprah show where she and her guest have a tour inside Auschwitz . It really made me shed a tear.

I know that this is an atheist blog. But I really would like to save a space for my thought about the Holocaust and those death factories.

Hitler has shown us one thing, and that is what humans can do to his fellow humans, regardless of race, religious belief and culture. I still can’t comprehend how those Nazi animals have done the cruelest act ever conceivable. And to think those who did these crimes were men proud of their nation’s culture. These men have wives and children of their own. They believe in a god. They were educated, they appreciate arts, music, humanities…but why? How can these people sleep every time they kill babies and their mothers on gas chambers?

On the Oprah show, they made a tour inside the museum. In one room inside a large glass walls were luggage…thousands of suitcases, from different walks of life. There were those owned by rich Jews and there are those own by poor Jews…all in one place. It was said that when the Nazi were expelling the Jews, the Jews didn’t know they were going to be kil…’er...murdered by these animals. They thought they were just going to be deported to the East. So they brought their suitcases with them. Today on that museum, you can see those suitcases, some with names written on them.

The most disturbing exhibits were the shoes, thousands of hair and the babies’ clothes.

You can feel the grief on those objects. Those objects were the silent witnesses of the most horrifying chapter in human history. It’s like they are shouting…for us not to forget.

Until today, only 10% of those criminals were even persecuted. Most got away. What are most disturbing are these people who deny the Holocaust. These dim-witted young people or “skin-heads”, Neo-Nazi, white supremists as they are called say that the Holocaust is a fiction. These swines tried to distorts history to boost up their derange kicks. Yep, these “sons of bitches” who flashes swastika tattoo on their empty bald heads just wanted to be different. They don’t have proof on their claim…nope they just want to be different. I even saw news that these “sons of bitches” even tried to vandalized Anne Frank’s house and memorial. These young people who say that there were no gas chambers, no crematoriums, no death camps and no 6 million people murdered by the Nazi. These animals should be shot!

I may be an atheist, but I sympathized to all those who died in these death camps. Yet there are these people, fueled by unjustifiable hatred because of religious-cultural biases, who tries to forget the cries of those who were persecuted just because some madman and his cohorts believe that they are racially pure.

Unfortunately, people seem to forget. Just after 60 years we still find racial and religious hatred towards one another. We still haven’t learned the lessons and those who died in September 11, 2001 were added in the growing number of murders committed in the name of belief. Does the sacrifices of 6 million people isn’t enough?

I am a poor fellow, and I know that till I die I will never have the chance to visit those death camps to pay my respect to those who perish. By posting pictures and this message from my blog, I know I have done my part.
